Professional Waitstaff - 2 Positions
We are looking for professional waitstaff that have a working knowledge of Asian style food, a minimum of two years table service experience in a fine dining establishment, working knowledge of wine that pairs well with Thai cuisine, excellent references and a positive attitude for work and learning. A team player attitude is extremely important!

Professional Chef - 2 positions
We are looking for an energetic, positive, self-motivated chef with one to two years professional experience in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen. Must possess a willingness to learn and a team oriented outlook. Experience with Asian cuisine a plus, but not necessary. This is a special place to work, and we appreciate those who have a genuine passion for cooking and a desire to continue their education in the culinary arts.

Professional Restaurant Manager
We are on the look out for a restaurant manager that knows how to lead a team to success as well as understanding the needs of keeping a restaurant margin in the black. Must understand labor cost analysis, food cost analysis, and liquor cost analysis. Must possess a working knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical repair. Computer networking and POS experience is also a plus. Salary DOE. Profit sharing will be included in your benefits.
